* To register for the student rate, you must meet the eligibility and validation requirements.
** Sponsors will be acknowledged on the conference website, in the conference brochure, during opening/closing sessions, and will have the right to a company insert in the conference packet and poster/demo space.

Alternatively, on-site registration will be available for those interested in registering on the first day of the conference.

Payment may be made securely via our online registration site, by credit card, or later by check. Checks must be submitted by June 15, must be in USD, and drawn on US banks.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellation requests must be received no later than June 6, 2009. Further cancellation instructions will be provided in your registration confirmation. The following fees will apply for cancellations:
  • Registrants cancelling on or before May 15, 2009, will receive a refund of their registration fee, less a 2% processing fee.
  • Registrants cancelling after May 15, 2009, but on or before June 6, 2009, will forfeit 50% of their registration fee.
  • Registrants cancelling after June 6, 2009, will forfeit their entire registration fee.

Letters of Invitation

Conference registrants who require invitation letters in order to process their visa requests should correspond with us via
e-mail. Letters will only be sent to individuals who have registered for the conference, and not to any third parties. Please note that no letters can be sent until after we have received and verified the payment of all registration fees. Please make requests early enough to allow time for delivery of our letter via postal service or fax prior to scheduled interviews.
