Registration Rates

• Regular Rates - the conference early registration fee is $495.00 USD. After June 1st, the registration fee will be raised to $700.00 USD.
• Student Rates - for full-time students, the rate is $220.00 USD (please review the eligibility and validation requirements to ensure that you are eligible for this rate prior to registering). After June 1st, the registration fee will be raised to $400 USD.
• Workshop/Tutorial Only Rates - for those interested in only attending the workshop or tutorials on the first day of the conference, the registration fee is $125.00 USD for non-students and $55.00 USD for students. After June 1st, these registration fees will be raised to $175.00 USD ($100.00 USD for full-time students).

Payment may be made securely using our online registration site (see link below) by credit card, or later by check. Checks will be due within 4 weeks of registration or before the start of the conference, whichever comes first.

Registration Deadlines

The early registration deadline is June 1st, 2007. After June 1st, we will continue to accept registrations at the higher rates listed above. On-site registration will be available for those interested in registering on the first day of the conference.

Registration Cancelations

All cancelation requests must be received no later than July 6, 2007. Further cancelation instructions will be provided in your registration confirmation. The following fees will apply for cancelations:

• Registrants canceling on or before June 1, 2007, will receive a refund of their registration fee, less a 2% processing fee.
• Registrants canceling after June 1, 2007 but before June 27, 2007 will forfeit 50% of their registration fee.
• Registrants canceling on or after June 27, 2007, will forfeit their entire registration fee.

Conference registrants who require invitation letters in order to process their visa requests should correspond with us via e-mail. Letters will only be sent to the individuals who have registered for the conference, and not to any third parties. Please note that no letters can be sent until after we have received and verified the payment of all registration fees. Please make requests early enough to allow time for delivery of our letter via Postal Service or FAX prior to scheduled interviews.
