The PROMPT Tab - allowed operations

PROMPT defines a set of operations for manipulating concepts from multiple ontologies:

You can specify whether class-related operations should include parents, subclasses, or instances

Both for each of these operations and for operations that are performed by manipulating the Protégé ontology directly in the standard tabs, PROMPT defines and executes actions from the following three sets: (1) perform automatic changes to the merged ontology, (2) identify conflicts that may result from the operations and propose conflict-resolution strategies, (3) generate new suggestions that result from the operation.
